When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response: When I’m feeling off, I usually switch up my routine by focusing on a totally different task or looking for a fresh way to solve a problem. Getting a quick "win" on a small project always helps me snap out of a bad mood and feel back on track.
