Reflect on a time when you had to rely on someone else. How did it feel?

 Prompt Response: Relying on my dad made me feel safe and protected whenever things got hard. I knew that no matter what happened, he was there to fix the problem. It was a huge relief to trust someone so completely as a child. That bond showed me that I never had to face my fears all by myself.
